There is a great FREE internet resource for finding people, addresses, and phone numbers that is not well known.  It is called ZABASearch.  The website is http://www.zabasearch.com.  Just enter as much as of the name that is known, the state of the person that you are looking for (if known), and hit <Search>.  ZABAsearch returns the relevant address information, phone numbers, and birth year for as many matches as it can find.  No person search is perfect, but ZABASearch seems to have the most information available on the internet.
